I just left the place. I am pretty sad because the guy(cashier) at the front didn’t know how to read their own menu. I have been there for bagel with cream cheese many times. Today the guy tried to change me $1.50 for bagel +$2.00 for cream cheese. On their menu, bagel with cream cheese together is $2.00+tax. I did say something and the guy just showed me their menu and pointed the item to me. Other worker did not come over to help or say anything. What the hell. I am going to Starbucks and get to get cheese with cream cheese and it would be cheaper than theirs. I am sure.

This place is average at best. 3 stars is being kind. Certain items here (like the paninis) are just awful. Other stuff isn't bad. The prices change every time I go in there. The people behind the counter are not consistent at all with what they charge. I order the same stuff all the time and always find myself paying a different price. The only reason I am a repeat customer is because I work all different hours and this place is open 24/7 and right next to where I work. But otherwise, I would not bother coming back. There is another 24 hour deli down the street at 55th and 10th called United We Stand Deli... That place is 16 BILLION times better than here. It's worth walking the two blocks to "United"

As others have noted, this deli is a scam. I ordered fresh orange juice (and paid the premium for it too), and guess what they gave me? You guessed it, Tropicana! I called informing them that what I received was *not* what I ordered, and the person acknowledged that they served me Tropicana because the delivery of oranges was just coming in. If you don't have something-- say so-- honesty, and *not* deceit is the best policy. Will never step foot in there again, and will be sure to let others know of their unscrupulous ways.

The person in the register basically flipped out when I ordered the celery juice. He said that they aren’t making any money charging $7 DOLLARS for the medium sized drink and they are not going to sell it anymore. How much do you want to bet in a week they will change their mind? Something is seriously wrong with the business and/or the employees. Watch out for weird pricing, sometimes they will charge you a price one week and another the next. This is the closest spot to my place before work, but every time I come in there’s a new problem going on.
